  • Do I need a medical card?

    No! We deliver cannabis products to all adults 21+ in California with a valid government ID.

    For adults ages 18+ in California, we also accept state-issued medical cannabis recommendations.

  • How do I sign up / order?

    To become a member and order online, please visit our homepage at www.foggydazedelivery.com and simply add whatever you’d like to order to your shopping cart and follow the prompts to check out. Easy peasy!

  • Is there a storefront I can visit to make purchases?

    No, we are delivery only.

    We can deliver to any safe location in San Francisco that is not on government property. Just provide an address near where you are located and we will meet you there.

  • What are your hours?

    Foggy Daze delivers 7 days a week, from 11AM to 10PM. We take last call at 8PM for same-day orders.

  • Can I schedule in advance?

    Absolutely! Please make sure to confirm the time, date and address of your desired delivery with our dispatcher.

  • How long does it take to get my delivery?

    We aim to deliver orders within an hour, but it can sometimes take up to three. Please allow some flexibility when ordering during peak times, as traffic, special events, rush hour, etc. can sometimes slow down delivery times. 

  • Where do you deliver?

    We are currently serving the entire city of San Francisco except federal areas including Fort Mason and the Presidio.

  • Is there a delivery minimum?

    Yes, our current delivery minimum is shown at the top of the menu while ordering.

    Standard minimum delivery is $50.00 however during peak hours, and for certain zip codes, the delivery minimum is $100.00.

  • How much can I purchase?

    The daily purchase limit for a recreational customer is one ounce of cannabis flower or eight grams of cannabis concentrates. For medical patients, the daily purchase limit is 8 ounces of cannabis flower. 

  • Can I ask questions about my medical needs when I am placing my order?

    YES! We can consult with you to help select products that will aid your medical needs. Our dispatchers are very knowledgeable about all the products on our menu.

  • What is your return policy?

    All sales are final. If you receive a broken or faulty vape cartridge, you may exchange it for another within 30 days of purchase.
